Private events

Enjoy your own private party at the Distillery. A unique experience your guest will appreciate. Our bar is ready to serve a selection of amazing craft cocktails. We will support your favorite caterer or we can coordinate some fabulous selections. A customized food and beverage menu will spoil your guests and make your event the talk of the town. Everything you need is seamlessly integrated. Need to make a presentation to the team or show that special video of the guest of honor? Our big screen computer display overlooks the space and is remotely controlled. Ready to dance or enjoy live entertainment? Our 6,000 watt JBL professional sound system provides amazing sound quality for any event. We offer comfortable seating for 40 to 50 guests and can configure easily for live performances and dancing. Our all LED light systems can set any mood from an elegant dinner to full color club lighting for a DJ, live band or karaoke. We have plenty of secure parking and are conveniently located near the 94 and 805 freeways. We are only a few minutes from the San Diego downtown Gas Lamp area.
